Ancient Extension

Viewing current combinations

The best way to view and test the current schema is via the MInAS DataHarmonizer. Use the 'Template' dropdown menu to select the RadiocarbonDating option.

A MIxS extension refers to a MIxS to a sample type-specific collection of metadata terms, which are then attached to a main MIxS 'checklist' of metadata terms (e.g. for a genome, metagenome, marker sequence) to generate a full 'combination'.

The current version of the MInAS ancient extension metadata terms can be seen here: https://www.mixs-minas.org/extension-ancient/.

For feedback, on the current proposals, please see the contact information on the homepage.

For the current release of the 'base' MIxS checklists and other extensions, please see the GenSC and/or MIxS websites.
